Attorney Ayanna D. Neal of Grewal Law PLLC has been honored with selection to “Women in the Law” 2021 by Michigan Lawyers Weekly!
Only 34 lawyers were selected for inclusion in the 2021 edition of “Women in the Law.” In selecting honorees, Michigan Lawyers Weekly considered women lawyers who, according to the Class of 2021 announcement, “have made outstanding contributions” to Michigan’s legal landscape. It honored those who have “set an example for other lawyers,” who are “pioneers and trailblazers, educators and role models,” and who have demonstrated “tremendous leadership.”
Attorney Neal has certainly met the above criteria, setting a precedent for other lawyers at our Michigan firm and beyond. She helps our firm’s clients in both family law and criminal law, handling each case with great care and attention. Before joining the Grewal Law PLLC team, she represented the people of the state of Michigan for the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office. Her extensive experience is divided between family, district, and circuit courts. From major drug crimes to civil forfeiture, to arson, criminal sexual conduct, and felonious domestic violence crimes, Attorney Neal has handled thousands of cases.
Although Attorney Neal’s schedule is chock-full with her work at Grewal Law PLLC, she manages to make time to participate in various community programs. For instance, she mentors law students and early career attorneys. Moreover, she is a member of the Ingham County Bar Association and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, as well as a former member of the American Inns of Court.
We would like to congratulate Attorney Neal on her selection to “Women in the Law” 2021 by Michigan Lawyers Weekly, and we are honored to have her on our team at Grewal Law PLLC.
